Embark on a captivating journey through Gujarat's rich heritage, exploring the vibrant city of Ahmedabad, encountering majestic lions at Gir National Park, discovering the sacred Somnath temple, and relaxing on the beaches of Diu.
Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad (Statue of Unity Visit)
On reaching Ahmedabad our tour representative will greet you at your point of arrival. you shall immediately be checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay. By afternoon you will be taken for a complete sightseeing of the famous statue of unity. Along with the tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel you will also be made to explore Sardar Sarovar Dam which also has a selfie point and valley of flowers.
Day 2: Ahmedabad – Gir
After a delicious breakfast in the morning you shall be taken for a visit to the famous Akshardham temple in Ahmedabad. After this your drive to Gir will begin and this will be a journey of around 8 to 9 hours. On getting checked in at your resort in Gir the remainder of the day will be free for you to spend it in leisure.
Day 3: Gir – Diu
After having your breakfast early in the morning you shall be taken for a fun and thrilling adventurous jeep safari at the famous Gir National Park. After this you shall be made to proceed on to your next destination of Diu by road which will be a journey of around 2 hours. On reaching you shall be immediately checked in to your allotted hotel for an overnight stay here.
Day 4: Diu – Somnath
Post breakfast at Diu in the morning you shall be transferred to Somnath by road and covering a journey of around 3 hours. On reaching you will be taken for a complete tour and Darshan at the famous temple of Somnath. It is a very spiritual place of Shiva worship gracing the banks of the Arabian Sea Coast. After Aarti here some brief sightseeing will commence where you will be made to cover places like Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Ghat and Gita Mandir. You shall be checked in to your hotel at Somnath where you shall be staying for the night.
Day 5: Somnath – Dwarka
After attending at morning Aarti at Somnath temple and post breakfast you will be made to head for Dwarka by road. On your way you will even be made to visit places like Sudama temple, Kirti Mandir which are both located in Porbandar. You will be reaching Dwarka by evening along with a visit to Nagnath temple and Dwarkadhish temple for an evening Aarti Darshan. In the evening you will even be made to visit Beyt Dwarka via a jetty ride along with a visit to Gopi Talav and Rukmini Devi temple. After a complete sightseeing and Darshan activities you shall be checked in to your allotted hotel here for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Dwarka – Ahmedabad Departure
Early in the morning after having a delicious breakfast in the morning you will be transferred to Ahmedabad via a 9 hour of road journey. This will mark the end of your Gujarat package with statue of unity with us.
